I'm sorry to say, but unfortunately the Microsoft recovery form is the last resource if we talk about account password reset.

You can try putting instead the console serial number.

Hello James, if you can access to both serial numbers, that could help a lot.

But if you used your account with the current Xbox for a considerable time, you can try sending just that serial number.

As long as all you were doing was using the profiles to play some games, and not doing something to violate the terms of service, then no you won't be banned.

Sorry for the issue with recovering your account. You can try the account recovery troubleshooter. Problem with
getting call with support is you will need the email and be able to get access to it. If they are unable to verify they cant give you any information so I would use that as a last resort. If you have the console that you used to play on, hook that up there
is a console id you will need off it.
