Network error [0x89231806]

I cannot join anybodies party through the xbox app on windows 10. I get this Network error [0x89231806] and it says network settings block chat for some people at the top

Chat will not work error

cannot get windows 10 xbox app to allow chat, get network error message i get 0x89231806 error, under network get connection connected, xb live ser up and running, teredo address obtained but still connot connect to a chat

PARTY CHAT ERROR 0x89231806 PLEASE HELP

when i join a party from my xbox app on my pc i get this error message saying " your network settings are blocking party chat" (0x89231806)

Same and ive done everything to try and fix it. and nothing has worked. I even looked up the error code but nothing that I was told to do fixed it.

Its this kind of lack of support from Microsoft and the release of buggy software that will make me jump ship...

I think the xbox support chat has a real good knowledge on this but from what i heard, your supposed to have a open NAT type, all xbox ports forwarded, a active WINDOWS firewall, and a teredo tunneling driver that is up to date. I have all of this and nothing
seems to work. This could be such a good feature but I guess i could just use Skype instead.
