    Network Cuts out on Xbox One X


    I am having an issue with the network cutting out for around 10 seconds then reconnecting on my new Xbox One X. It happens every 20 minutes or so and seems almost like lag. With multiplayer games people start walking into walls and single player games it
    can be something a simple as losing connection to the cloud or the game backs me out and says I do not own this title (for digital games). Party chat does the same where I randomly lose communcation with everyone and it says "connecting" beside each of their
    gamertags for the mentioned 10-20 secs.

    My original Xbox One had no issues with the the network before hand so I have no idea what is going on. I've tried opening all the ports, setting static ip's, enabling DMZ and checking the status of the network when it happens. All other devices in the house
    are fine when the X seems to lose its connection and the internet behaves as it should for all the other devices.

    Suggestions?

    Xbox one X having trouble watching cable

    I have my cable box hooked to the input of the One X, One X hooked to the AVR, AVR hooked to the TV. I've been having problems with watching cable, the screen gets static and cuts out. If I play a game on the One X, the picture is fine, it doesn't cut out.
    If I bypass the One X and hook the cable box directly to the AVR, the picture is fine, it doesn't cut out. I've even tried a different HDMI cable between the cable box and One X and that does not fix the problem. I'm thinking there is something wrong with
    the input side of the One X. Is there anything else I can try to figure this out?

    I don’t think it matters because the issue was pre-existing but I have recently installed atmos for headphones and it hasent changed the speakers. I mean it’s meant for headphones but I thought that might be reasonable to know.

    Hi AlexHyperion! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    Please try uninstalling the game then

    Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One

    And install the game again

    You could also Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

    Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps
