If your network connection is fine, are you sure the PC itself is handling the games properly? you can also try allowing the games through the firewall instead of disabling it to still keep yourself protected. Some game servers might also be connecting
to a servers thats not in your region and may be causing the lag spikes.

If you tested your internet for speed using speed test, select a different server and see if the results vary.
