    Network connection/ download error


    Xbox one connected to TV using HDMI cord. Says needs updates follow onscreen prompts to download using wireless network access. After the download bar completes and should be done this error pops up everytime and we have tried multiple times. This is the code: 4174-4497-1380-267F-C000-0185. Any suggestions?

    Hello Tamara, I see in your description that you are connecting your Xbox via wi-fi, the ideal if possible would be to turn off your Xbox and connect it via network cable, because the wi-fi network is more susceptible to interference and may be harming the download the console update files.

    If possible, turn off the console, connect to the network cable, turn it on again and check the progress of the update.
