    Network and Audio instability


    Since last weekend I am having network and audio instability on Xbox Series S.

    A friend of mine is having that same issues on Xbox for PC.

    I already did power cycle the Xbox Series S and network devices several times along this week.

    Does Xbox/Microsoft Support Staff acknowledge these issues?

    What's the solution?

    Destiny 2 errors: centipede, weasel, anteater.

    Audio disconnect on Sea of Thieves.

    I am IT Specialist since 80's: Network, Storage, C/C++/Java Developer.

    So after many decades I have very little patience to 1st level of support.

    I have registered the issue but I am very confidence 1st level of support don't have the knowledge to help me.

    So pass the issue for 2nd or 3rd level of support.

    I already used Speedtest and verified network issues too (status.ix.br).

    Don't waste my time.

    I am trying to play Destiny 2 and Sea of Thieves, I am receiving several network errors from these games. And audio instability on Sea of Thieves. Whether the activities take more than 10 minutes then the errors arise.

    We need to get a better understanding of this issue first. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before posting on here? If you're getting network errors you should try some basic network troubleshooting such as restarting your router, checking for router firmware updates, and contacting your ISP to check your connection.

    Are you using a soundbar or AV reciever for audio, or are just you using a headset or TV speakers?

    What are you experiencing with network connectivity exactly? Are you getting any errors or messages?

    What's happening with the audio? Is it cutting out/stuttering?
