You generally don't need to bother with Port forwarding with this device. Besides which, a DMZ essentially forces open ALL the ports... which you shouldn't need to do. forums.xbox.com/.../510075.aspx
says "We have confirmed cases where this devices is able to support two or more consoles with Open NAT on this device."

If you're having NAT errors with this device, make sure you have the most recent firmware update. You may want to factory reset it as well. There's a good chance that if you're getting NAT problems with this router that A) You have a problem somewhere
else in your network (like using a gateway instead of a modem) or B) your router is having hardware issues and needs to be replaced.

With the netgear genie.... do you need to close the browser and unplug the router and plug it in again for the ports forwarded to work effectively? I'm still having issues.

If there is no MAC address on the console, you should be able to put the consoles IP instead and apply the changes as well which worked for me.

    Moderate NAT (Help!)

disable the SPI in the Netgear Router and forward the known ports.
