    Thanks, but I mentioned in my original post, I tried that with the Netgear WNDR4500 router.

    I have also had ghis same issue for over a year now. I would be playing GTA Online and all of the sudden I’d get signed out of xbox live for a split second, my game restarts, and its very annoying. It happens every 15-30 minutes and kills my xbox live
    experience. I have amazing internet. Ive tried ethernet (wired) and wireless connection. Neither seem to be any better. I contacted microsoft support about my issue and they could not seem to resolve my issue either.

    Sorry to hear it. If your ISP is constantly changing your IP address then you'll need to contact them for more help or to provide a static IP for your console. Otherwise, try a power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till
    it shuts down or a factory reset on the console. If you choose to do a factory reset there is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

    Everything is up to date, my router is fine the only issue is the Xbox one is showing as a moderate NAT

    Netgear WNDR4500 is the model of the router.

    Turning off UPNP did not help
