    Couple things to try.

    When you go to your network settings, advanced settings, do you see your xbox pulling a 10.x.x.x, 172.x.x.x or a 192.168.x.x IP? If you see 169.254.x.x that means your xbox does not appear to be hitting any DHCP device. - Reset the modem/Xbox some times
    works here

    If you are using your ISP provided DNS servers, try changing to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

    I got a couple more suggestions if the above don't work.

    I have a 192.168.x.x IP and ive reset the router multiple times and my xbox multiple time and even the tower on my house which the company recommends if i have issues. My DNS is 192.168.x.x and its the same as my gateway. Changed the DNS as well and no
    change

    Are you able to run the "Test Network Connection" under Network Settings? Does that say you "are" or "are not" connected to the internet?

    Yes i can run the test and it says im connected to the internet if im using either ethernet or wireless. The multiplayer test fails and says “it can not finish the test”

    Also, on the network page in the settings under “Current Network Status” it tells that “the following services are experiencing issues” but there is nothing there.

    Nope, my console is up to date and so is my router. This isnt the only time this has happened and i dont know what causes it. Also everything just started working again and nothing changed that im aware of. I now have a download speed to my console and
    everything, just started a Rainbow Six match and im having no issues and my ping is normal for satellite. But im still very confused as to what caused this

    in addition, related to the comment side note:
    buy a better router if you're having nat errors, and get a wired connection . I'm having very good performance from the Netgear R6300. My internet speeds are 120down & 10up and the xbox is only 6 meters away. A wired connection to the xbox however
    is not an option at the moment.
