The network connection is crucial for Xbox live. The connection then connects to the Xbox live servers which runs all the apps and games online. If you need further assistance with the ports, check out the
Port Forward website
and find your router.

DMZ

1. Open web browser.
2. Login to router by entering
   http://routerlogin.net in to the address bar or by enter the default gateway IP address.
   
3. The router will then prompt you to enter the user name and password. The default user name and password are: "admin", "password".
   
4. From the menu on the left under the advanced section select DMZ Host.
5. Enter the IP address assigned to the Xbox console into DMZ Address.
6. Select Apply.

Disable DMZ

1. Open web browser.
2. Login to router by entering
   http://routerlogin.net in to the address bar or by enter the default gateway IP address.
   
3. The router will then prompt you to enter the user name and password. The default user name and password are: "admin", "password".
   
4. From the menu on the left under the advanced section select DMZ Host.
5. Enter a “0” into DMZ Address.
6. Select Apply.

to start troubleshooting the console and network.

Try this:

• How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console(Disconnect
  and reconnect your console's power cable)
• Power cycle the Network Hardware (Disconnect and Reconnect the power)

Try this and let us know the results.

 

I tried that, but I am still having the same problems. I can reset and It will work for a little while, but it stops working again. It still drops connection using wired and wireless. I can disconnect all other device and the problems still happens,

Thank you for keeping us updated. Does the console disconnect from the home network or Xbox Live? As stated in

this Xbox forum thread, the router that you are using does not have UPnP. UPnP is a tool that is utilized to connect to Xbox Live. If the console is disconnecting constantly from Xbox Live, we recommend completing

the port forwarding process. We will provide a list of
Xbox One ports that must be opened. Be sure to let us know the results!

 

This happens with Xbox Live and my apps like CBS, NBC, Amazon Prime Video, and etc. I will try this port forward to see if it will work.
