    DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Log into the router by entering the default gateway into the address bar of the internet browser. Example 192.168.1.254
    3. Select Advanced from the menu on the left.
    4. When prompted, enter the Device Access Code printed on the device.
    5. Select Connection Configuration from the submenu on the left.
    6. In the dropdown labeled "Select Device to receive unsolicited traffic" select Static NAT.
    7. Select the Xbox from the next dropdown menu.
    8. Click Save.


    Disable DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Log into the router by entering the default gateway into the address bar of the internet browser. Example 192.168.1.254
    3. Select Advanced from the menu on the left.
    4. When prompted, enter the Device Access Code printed on the device.
    5. Select Connection Configuration from the submenu on the left.
    6. In the dropdown labeled "Select Device to receive unsolicited traffic" select the default setting.
    7. Remove the Xbox from the next dropdown menu.
    8. Click Save.


    Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Log into the router by entering the default gateway into the address bar of the internet browser. Example 192.168.1.254
    3. Select Advanced from the menu on the left.
    4. When prompted, enter the Device Access Code printed on the device.
    5. Select Port Forwarding from the submenu on the left.
    6. Select Xbox Live from the dropdown box labeled Service Name.
    7. Select Enable.
    8. On the next screen, select "Both (Rules will be created for both the directions)".
    9. Select the MAC Address of the Xbox in the dropdown box labeled Select LAN Device.
    10. Click Apply.


    Disable Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Log into the router by entering the default gateway into the address bar of the internet browser. Example 192.168.1.254
    3. Select Advanced from the menu on the left.
    4. When prompted, enter the Device Access Code printed on the device.
    5. Select Port Forwarding from the submenu on the left.
    6. Select Xbox Live from the dropdown box labeled Service Name.
    7. Select Delete.
    8. Click Apply.

    Restore Factory Defaults

    Through firmware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser.
    3. Log into the router by entering the default gateway into the address bar of the internet browser. Example 192.168.1.254
    4. Select Advanced from the menu on the left.
    5. When prompted, enter the Device Access Code printed on the device.
    6. Select Reset Gateway from the submenu.
    7. Select Yes.
    Through Hardware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Locate the reset button on the device.
    3. With paperclip/pen/toothpick hold down the reset button down for 30 seconds.
    4. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.




    Bridging Guide

    *Have PPPoE information available if necessary.*

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Log into the router by entering the default gateway into the address bar of the internet browser. Example 192.168.1.254
    3. Select Advanced from the menu on the left.
    4. When prompted, enter the Device Access Code printed on the device.
    5. Click PPP Location in the submenu.
    6. Select the "PPP is on the computer, gateway or router."
    7. Save and restart through the prompts.
    8. Enter the PPPoE information into the router if necessary.




    Known Issues

    This device does not have wireless functionality.



    Multiple Console Support

    We have confirmed that this network device is unable to support more than one console with an Open NAT.

    I would see if you can "forget" your wireless network in the list of networks and then try to connect to it again.

    And if still not, please do a reformat of your console keeping games and apps:

    Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".
