    Please read through the FAQ (IPv6 on Xbox One). You will have to make sure your router supports IPv6. Also, while the router
    could support IPv6, may be your ISP still only works on IPv4. The best is to talk to your ISP, figure out if they support IPv6, if they do, buy a IPv6 Router (just in case you don't have one) and then connect your XBO to the router.

    This is a question that can only be answered by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

    Contact your ISP and ask them if they support IPv6 to all of their customers (including you).

    Do you know if you ISP supports IPv6? Your router could be tunneling your IPv4 connection to an IPv6 which basically means it is sending IPv6 packets through an IPv4 connection to communicate with IPv6 servers. I found out myself the xbox doesn't
    like this at all. My ISP doesnt support IPv6. When I would look at my connection on my xbox it would say IPv4 and IPv6. So O went into my router settings and sure enough my router was set to tunnel IPv4 to IPv6. I went through set to IPv4 only and it solved
    my problem. This causes a teredo error in your xbox.
    I'm not sure. How can I check if my router is tunneling it through Ipv4?

    For Xbox One to connect to the internet using IPv6, your home router needs to have IPv6 enabled, and your internet service provider (ISP) must support IPv6.

    Is your router a Netgear as well or is it from your ISP? If it is a Netgear here is a link to the steps to enable IPv6.

    If the router is from your ISP then you should contact them to get assistance in changing it if you can't do it form the Admin on your network.
