Netflix won’t open / error code with no help

Or you could simply press and hold the Xbox button in the center, scroll over to restart console and let it turn off and start back up. This issue normally happens when the Xbox does a self shutdown after being left on while watching Netflix.

So I try to open Netflix on Xbox One S:

-Immediately says “Something went wrong, go to Xbox.com/errorhelp and enter code 0x800701b1 “

-I go to Xbox.com/errorhelp, it’s a list of codes with no search option.. seems like a bad set up already.

-Look through the list twice and my code isn’t on there for some reason. I also search up the code and nothing pops up.

-I’m stuck and Netflix won’t open whatsoever. No info on the code anywhere on Xbox.com.

Can anyone help? I’ve tried restarting my Xbox. Netflix won’t even open long enough for me to quit the app. I’m really not sure what happened.

This was amazing I was trying to use Skype to chat with a friend on pc while playing a cross platform game and the files for Skype were corrupted or something and after doing this it worked

I do not know what is wrong with my xbox. When I try to open any of my apps, netflix or anything else I receive ERROR CODE 807B0193. I can not find a solution or any info searching error codes so I have no Idea what
is wrong. Please Help!
