Netflix stops playing if my controller turns off or I disconnect the charge cable

Hi everyone been having problems with netflix recently where if my controller turns off for being idle for too long or if I disconnect the charge cable on my eliet 2 it stops playing what I'm watching and comes up with a error and I have to restart the app I only use netflix to stream so I don't know if it happens on other apps. I have been in contact with netflix and they have provided me with some solutions which hasn't worked but they say It could be device specific and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they were able to solve this issue thankyou in advance.

Netflix controls the behavior of their app, you’ll have to ask them to change it

Update: It's definitely an issue with the Chatpad. The light on the Play and Charge Kit Cable lights up now when the Chatpad is disconnected from the controller. The moment u plug it in, the light turns off. Unplug and the light comes back on.

Iphone charging cable would fit in? If i configure my xbox controller settings and turn vibrations off through usb then will it turn it off when i play on bluetooth too?

If anyone is having trouble with your xbox elite wireless series 2 controller disconnecting while your using it the controller requires alot of battery and a solid Bluetooth connection so any Bluetooth devices near it will cause the controller to disconnect
i had this problem yesterday. To fix it all you have to do is hard restart your console and before you turn anything on turn off Bluetooth on all devices like phones wireless headphones anything that requires Bluetooth once you turn off everything plug the
charging cable that came with the controller into the front usb of the xbox and the other end directly into the controller. Then turn on your Xbox once it boots up make sure your controller is turned on and then update your controller with the cable still
plugged in once it updates start playing a game with the cable out and test it for about 2 hours and if it doesn't disconnect try turning all your Bluetooth devices back on to make its working also instead of plugging the cable into the xbox for charging the
controller plug the usb cable into something with a high output charge like an ipad charger or a phone charger that should fix your controller msg me if you have any questions Gamertag Roguered54

Thanks. Ok i will do that. Controller works fine while plugged in but as soon as it is off charging dock or disconnected from usb cable it turns off completely and will not turn back on until its plugged in again or placed back on charging dock. My guess
is the internal battery is shot for some reason which is disappointing seeing that it is not even 8 months old
