    Netflix problems persist after every "solution"


    Hi everyone,

    I'm aware there's always been quite a few people who have had problems streaming on the Netflix app. I've had some of the same problems and more, and have tried about every suggestion I've read on many forums. When trying to stream something, it will occasionally
    stop loading at 25% or 99%, which seems to be common. However, more often, when I begin an episode, it will play but I am unable to access any menus, meaning I'm unable to forward/rewind, pause, and even exit the episode. It will play for about 10 minutes
    and then freeze. The only way for me to escape this is to return to the Xbox Home. This happens instantly as soon as I start up anything on Netflix. I have deleted the app multiple times, (including all local files,) cleared my cache, unplugged my Xbox, and
    I've checked my internet connection and it shows no signs of any problems.. The problem remains and it has become quite frustrating. I have been able to successfully use the app in the past, but all of a sudden it has stopped working. It is a 250GB Slim, if
    that is relevant. Please lend me a hand if any of you have experienced this problem before.

    I've searched all over the internet and have not read of any similar case as this, but if I may have missed something please direct me to it.

    I went to the Netflix help page, and after trying the various solutions given, the issue still persists.

  3. Mechanical noise persists even after "repair"

    Should I send it back in to get repaired? My warrant expires in like 5 days. I am just not sure if it's worth it considering last time I shipped it, waited 3 weeks, and apparently got my same console back with no repairs because it has been making the noises
    all the time when I put Madden in.

    I have an Xbox 360 and I, too, am experiencing this EXACT same problem. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to no avail. I'm unsure if this is an Xbox issue or a Netflix issue. This problem developed a couple weeks ago and has yet to go away. It
    has started to become incredibly annoying.

    Are you using the proper Netflix? With the ability to change the DNS settings of the console or use other programs to pretend you are in another country in order to get more programming this can happen.

    If you are doing this try disabling the program or change the DNS back to local and the issue should stop.

    I'm in the US and have not modified the DNS settings on Xbox nor my router nor am I running any VPNs. Plain vanilla networking on my end.

    Can you try unplugging the modem for 10 seconds and then plug it back in again? Let me know if that helps with the issue.

    Can you try unplugging the modem for 10 seconds and then plug it back in again? Let me know if that helps with the issue.

    Are you using the proper Netflix? With the ability to change the DNS settings of the console or use other programs to pretend you are in another country in order to get more programming this can happen.
