    I've uninstall Netflix on my xbox and I'm trying to reinstall it but it keeps saying that I've already got on the app and to go onto my games library but Netflix isn't on there.....

    The answer is yes. You can install a game and the. Go to Netflix as it installs in the background. If there are updates to the game it may slow the install down slightly as Netflix plays depending on your connection speed.

    Let's try to sort this out, give this a try:

    Step 1:
    Remove your profile from the console

    Step 2:
    Try to perform a physical power cycle by disconnecting the power cable

    "Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important, Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.
    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on."

    It is possible that when you were deleting netflix you were not also looking for a corrupted app instal. When A app installs to the console and is corrupted it will hide in the netflix file or at the bottom of the app list. So you basically had two netflix's
    installed. When you formated the HDD the corrupted portion of the download was wiped and it was able to be downloaded correctly.
