Netflix. "i paid for the gold" ...do i have to pay for the net flix monthly also?

A Netflix subscription and an Xbox Live Gold subscription are 2 different things. To watch Netflix on your Xbox 360 you will need to have Xbox Live Gold and a Netflix subscription.

also if you want to use netflix with a game in the Snap feature you have to first turn the game on then snap Net Flix after the game has been on for about 10 minutes once you snap Netflix it'll ask you to go to full screen pick the movie you want to watch.
start It and after it hits 99% snap it back to the corner it should work

I don't see how it's a perk for Gold users. It would be a perk if it were included in the cost of a Gold sub. On PS3, there's no charge and PSN is free. If PSN is free and you don't need PSN+ to access Netflix, why doesn't Microsoft allow us access to it
without a Gold subscription? If I pay for Netflix and I paid for the Xbox, why do I need to pay to use things that I pay for on things I paid for?

Here the issue I have with your thread , your arguing about paying for the " Apps aren't Ms owned " of course they will be a surcharge , actually it's there still minimal cost which is quite good ...This is the reason why being a Gold subscriber is well
worth it ...come on nothing is free and you know it

Can you access facebook or any other sites like youtube without internet connection no you can't

You can use your Xbox from home or any wireless hotspot, Before say Netflix was added to the dashboard, I paid for my Gold Membership I also paid for my Netflix account. As I see it all Microsoft did was give me as a Gold Member an additional way to access
my Netflix service that i was paying for anyway prior to them putting a app on the dashboard. You see my point? My appologies if I came off as defending MS That was really not what my post was about. I just think that everyone knows that Gold Membership is
something that you pay for which offers benifits such as accessing Netflix from your dashboard. If you don't want to pay for a Gold Membership stream Netflix to a PC or Laptop. I don't know maybe i'm looking at it wrong.
