    Netflix disconnects randomly from XBOX Live. Many posts and multiple calls with no result


    Have experienced disconnect from xbox live every 10-15 minutes while streaming Netflix for several months. Called support and ran through reinstall app, delete cache, test network, etc. Problem still persists and has been widely reported for several years.
    Netflix works flawlessly on other devices on the network. Have no latency or connection quality issues. Just called tech again at Microsoft for the 3rd time with no solution.

    I keep having network issues when playing only one game, it disconnects me from a party randomly, it disconnects me from the game all the time. no other game I have does this to me. I've hard reset my xbox so many times, unplugged it over night, changed
    wifi connections multiple times and nothing works. anyone have any ideas?

    xbox live connection randomly disconnecting

    whenever im watching netflix or youtube my xbox live connection will randomly disconnect ive checked my ethernet cable and modem but theres nothing wrong with them and when i reconnect to xbox live check the connection theres nothing wrong please help
    this problem is very annoying

    Try these steps to see if they work:

    1. Delete the app

    2. Clear the cache

    3. Turn console off

    4. Go to Netflix on your pc and remove your login from all consoles

    5. Head back to your console, start it up and reinstall the app.

    see if that works.

    Netflix. Changed my password on the website. Rebooted the Xbox.

    Got disconnected from live AGAIN. rebooted Xbox. Loaded Netflix app. Logged in with new password.

    Netflix worked. Stupid bug.

    Xbox live is still playing silly buggers. Still randomly disconnecting after sloooooooooow login (or a failed login). Very very annoying.
