Discus and support Netflix cannot start. there are overview and details, no other options. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I want to start netflix but it's cannot be started.     I want to start netflix but it's cannot be started. I think it's not installed. No options for credentials, for installation, etc.

    The option to turn off the firewall isnt there, Im logged in as the Admin.

    the only options available to click on are overview and details

    There is no account details on top right of games apps and right click didn't give any changes on the apps. Besides, from account overview at the xbox.com, there is no "edit avatar" options. I already have latest version of Silverlight... =(

    Game Install - can't find the command to do it

    OK, well when I insert a game I don't have installed, I view the dashboard, view Game Details and on the "overview" slide, there are four options: Play Now, Install, Rate and Pin to Home. If you don't see these then I don't know what dashboard you're using
    or any other methods of installing games.

    Have you tried the aforementioned method with a different game?
