Netflix app stops downloading at 95% on Xbox One

Hi,

I hope somebody can help here. Half a year ago my Netlix app on Xbox One (first generation I think) did not work anymore. So, I decided to delete it and install it again. Now the app did not download past 95%. I tried a soft reboot, hard reboot (power cycle),
cables out, the whole thing. Then iI gave up for that moment.

Now, yesterday I decided to try again. I started updating the network settings, I plugged the internet into the router with an ethernet cable to be sure it wasnt any internet problem. I updated the location from The Netherlands to Spain (because I moved
there) and I changed the update settings to power saving instead of stand-by). Oh and I updated the microfost store and the whole xbox to the latest software.

When I try to download the Netflix app it downloads fast, up untill 95%. Then it just stops.

If I delete it again, the microsoft still says I already own the app. But when I look throught the apps it's not there. I already looked in the storage settings and there is no Netflix data to delete.

This problem is not easy to solve, I tried a lot. Hopefully someone can help!

I’m downloading a game and it’s stopping in the same spot, and I kept retrying it. I reset my Xbox, unplugged it, and my WiFi is perfect

I have the same problem with trying to download the netflix app. It gets to 95% and doesnt download anymore and causes my xbox too freeze. Been like this for the past 2 weeks. I tried resetting xbox, wifi connection nothing seems to work

I am having the same issue where Netflix stops downloading at 79% and restarts. Eventually Xbox tells me "Can't download Netflix".

It comes up pending then a notification comes up saying installation stopped then it says starting download. Then another notification saying its stopped then comes up error. The apps I'm trying to download is YouTube, Netflix, nowtv. But this doesn't
happen to games or other apps I've never downloaded before. I've reseted the console a few times and it happens every time

Sorry about that. I am afraid it may take some time to update the app. You can try to reset or repair the app to see if it helps. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Xbox app" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset or repair.
