Netflix and Game Disc Issues

How's it going everyone. I purchased the Xbox 360 e in december and until now i have had no problems. Today I had signed into my xbox live account as usual and went to the netflix app. Upon selection the screen goes black as if it were going to load but
never does. This also happens when I select the game disc. The xbox seems to be freezing upon selection and i can only turn the xbox off to get out of it. The only way around this is to skip the sign in process go to the app and have the xbox ask if i want
to sign in. after signing in there i have no problem loading the app. Yet if i go back to the dashboard and try it from there i have the problem yet again. The only thing that has changed today was my live automatically renewed itself as it is supposed to.
Has anyone else had this problem? Please let me know of any solution. I tried restarting, formatting, and clearing the cache, along with deleting and re downloading the app. Please let me know what i should do. thank you

Anyone else having xbox live issues?

Same issue here. Can't even play a damn movie on disc. Tried Netflix and other apps, nothing working.

 

Another major xbox one bug..

It works to play games now, HOWEVER

When I try to launch netflix, it tells me if I have a disc I need to insert it now, like when you're trying to start a game you have on disc without the disc inserted.

Netflix is an app, nothing you have on a disc. I've tried hard restarting my xbox twice but it still doesn't work. Just more and more bugs keep popping up and frankly I'm getting sick of it.

 

I am sorry that you are experiencing this and can understand that it can be inconvenient and annoying. However, Microsoft is aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix for it. Please hang in there, hopefully it will be back up and running soon.
