Netflix and Amazon Prime Video app wont load

Discus and support Netflix and Amazon Prime Video app wont load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Anyone else having this issue? Started two days ago and it just says give it minute and if that doesn’t work restart the Xbox. Seems odd that both apps...     Netflix and Amazon Prime Video app wont load


    Anyone else having this issue? Started two days ago and it just says give it minute and if that doesn’t work restart the Xbox. Seems odd that both apps went down at the same time. They both work on my iPad so it isnt on the App account end. And xbox live
    status isnt reporting any issue either.

    Yep. I've lost NOW, Amazon Prime even the BlueRay app wont load. Getting absolutely nothing from Microsoft. Useless.

    You don't need to disconnect netflix to have amazon prime video. What region are you in?

    It only does it on netflix. I've loaded up games and other apps i.e. amazon video with no issues.

    Amazon Instant Video shows any films purchased through Amazon and any Amazon Prime content.

    Xbox doesn't have a Prime App, rather Xbox Video which only shows films and shows purchased through Xbox Store.

    If films/shows purchased from Amazon aren't showing in Amazon Instant Video app you will need to contact Amazon Customer Support to verify your purchases.

    Remember, Amazon Prime content changes so they remove films/shows periodically and add new ones. Amazon Instant Video purchases remain all the time.

    XBOX One Apps [Mod Removed], mainly Netflix

    Generally all streaming apps working very well with Verizon Fios, Amazon, Xbox video playing HD playback well without stutter or bad resolution. Netflix on the other hand has never been able to play good HD. It loads and then plays with horrible resolution.
    It has been consistently like this since Feb when I got the Xbox One. Anybody have any ideas? Or know if this has to do with xbox one, app, or perhaps something on my end? So just to reiterate, Amazon Prime app and Xbox video work great with HD content, Netflix
    doesn't work at all.

    Lastly, note that Netflix works just fine on my computer, phone, and apple tv. So it has to be something to do with xbox one or the app.
