Netflix achievement stuck

The Netflix achievement(the ultimate opinion) is stuck at 55%. I tried uninstalling the app and installing it again. I did a power cycle. I was using a Blu-ray player and rated a few things on Netflix, and I think the Achievement got stuck because of it.
I went back on my Xbox One and it is stuck. I rated like 20 things on the Xbox One and the achievement still says at 55%. I waited 72 hours and the achievement still says it is at 55%. Is there any way to fix this? This is my last achievement to get for Netflix,
and I want to get it a lot.

For about a couple of months, the achievements on my Netflix app on Xbox One have been stuck on the same progress. For example, I have rated some more shows, but it has not given any new progress to the achievements for rate 100 or rate 250 titles. I was
hoping you could please fix this.

 

Purchased used machine, now cant delete old profile

I recently purchased a used XBox 360 from someone and must have only deleted the profile, instead of the profile and user content and achievements. Now the Netflix is stuck streaming on the past owner's account. How do I go back and delete all of their info?
Can I do it through netflix? Please help!
