Netflix 1080p bug on Series Xxxx

    Hi.

Netflix app on Xbox series X doesn't show at 4k only at 1080p. Already chatted Netflix support and Microsofts Xbox support. There quess are as good as mine...

This has been a problem at least 2-3 weeks.

Settings and setup are as they should be. Also my internet is fine.

    ISP problem?

    Public notification would be nice.

    So Many Issues With Updates...

    Hey there

    Welcome to the forums

    .

Updates can create problems with some consoles but not others. Its like when you test a product. Some users have nothing to report, where as others, the update or bug testing has allot of problems. Its not a problem with the user modifiying the console unless
they get a 25 digit error code, like these:

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-0099

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C810-1012

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C810-1011

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C800-0080

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-0001

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-0022

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-003C

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-0221

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C005-3007

    .

Anyway, I have spent time contacting support through chat, and asked them what is the best soloutio regarding this problem. They said if it has been posted within the forums. The Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team will pick it up and then investergate
    the issue further.

    .

However, if you have another hard drive, you will be able to transfer all of your content over to the new hard drive and update the Xbox 360 again. As long as the data on the Xbox 360 Hard drive is not corrupt, you should be able to transfer all of your
content and games onto the other Xbox 360 Hard Drive. The link bellow will talk you though how to ad or remove the Hard Drives on your Xbox 360 Console. If you do not have a transfer cable, you can buy them through the Microsoft Store at:
    https://store.microsoft.com

    support.xbox.com/.../add-remove-hard-drive

    .

Unfortunatly I have no other suggestions. Support did say to wait and they will investigate the issue.

I hope all of this helps you with your issue, and hope that your issue is fixed soon

    Regards,
