cannot connect to XBOX LIVE wirelessly

Are you able to find which model number of Netcomm ADSL2+ Wireless Modem Router you have?

Make sure your modem/router's firmware is up to date (visit manufactures website and see if there is a later version available then your current one). Try change your wireless encryption settings to WPA/WPA2.
Note Netcomm NB14WN ADSL2+ firmware version FW A11 AU. It has been reported that users with Xbox 360 Slim internal wireless adapter cannot communicate with this router using any form of WEP/WPA/WPA2. And it is not possible to connect in Wireless
    N mode, only G (Wireless G - No Security, B+G+N - No Security).

Post back and let us know how it goes.

    Cannot connect to Network

    Ok next steps:-

    1) Turn off WPA2 security (as a test) and try to connect, does that work?

    2) Ensure your wireless is broadcasting at 2.4Ghz and not 5Ghz only (if that's an option)

    3) Check the Netcomm website for a firmware update

Not connecting to Xbox Live, Please Help!

    Hey there Phantom!

Which encryption method are you using to secure your wireless network (WEP, WPA, WPA2)?

    Could you try
    these steps
from the unofficial guide to LIVE, and let us know if this helps with your issue.

Still stuck? As a temporary solution, turn off the security for your wireless network and let us know if you are able to connect properly.

    Keep us posted!

    Cannot connect to Network

Ok thanks, in that case you will have to take it up with Netcomm or look at connecting in the Xbox wired/powerline adapters if you want to keep security on

EDIT: Lol I really do need to check my own website more often, I already had this one down as a known issue:- http://www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/faqs/166-wireless-gaming-official-wireless-adapter-incompatibility-list
