    Netcomm (Modems/Gateways): Restoring Factory Defaults
    NetComm NV6

    Login Information:

    Default Gateway – 192.168.1.1

    Username – admin

    Password – admin



    Restoring Factory Defaults

    Through Firmware

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar and press enter.
    3. Enter “admin” for both the username and password in the resulting pop up.
    4. Select Management from the menu across the top.
    5. Select Reset Router from the menu on the left.
    6. Check the Reset to factory defaults setting box.
    7. Click the Reboot button.
    8. The device will restart with all factory settings restored.


    Through Hardware

    Locate the reset button on the back of the gateway.

    Using a pen or toothpick press and hold this button for aprox. 5 seconds.

    Release the button and the device will restart with all factory settings restored.

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser.
    3. Enter http://192.168.1.1 into the address bar.
    4. When prompted enter admin for both the username and password.
    5. Under the Management tab select Device Settings.
    6. From Device Settings select Restore Defaults.
    7. Click the Restore Default Settings button.
    Through Hardware

    1. Locate the reset button on the back of the device.
    2. Using a toothpick or ballpoint pen press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds.
    3. Wait for the device to restart.

    restoring xbox one to factory default

    I need to sell one of my Xbox ones because i'm moving if i restore it to the factory default before selling it do i lose my account,saved games and so on. i don't want the person person i sell it to have all my info. HELP
