May I ask about the Netcomm router configuration?

Is Universal Plug and Play enabled?

is Port Forwarding or DMZ enabled?

FYI, UPnP is good, Port Forwarding (and DMZ) are bad. Port Triggering is the reliable solution when there are multiple Xboxen.

Just to confirm, did you do the power cycle this way?:

1) turn off the Xbox then

2) unplug the power from the Netcomm

3) unplug the power from the ADSL modem.

4) Wait at least 30 secs then replug the modem power.

5) Wait 'til the light on the front of the modem which says ONLINE, READY, or DSL is on solid (not flashing), then plug in the Netcomm.

6) Wait until the WiFi light on the Netcomm is on.

7) Turn on the new Xbox, try to connect.

8) Turn on the old Xbox, try to connect.

Have you tried connecting direct (wired) to the Netcomm because it is actually a router and connecting up two routers like that will cause problems.

Can you try that, if that works ok we can look at ways to try to fix it
