Buonasera,

ho problemi con la mia xbox360, non riesco più a connettere neanche un controller.

Ho un controller wireless, ho provato a connetterlo sia in wireless che con cavo USB ma nulla, i LED del logo continuano a girare e non si sincronizzano con l'xbox, stessa situazione cambiando porta USB, pensando che si fosse danneggiato ho acquistato un
controller USB con cavo ma neanche quello funziona.

Cosa può essere successo? Può essere che l'xbox non riconosca più nessun tipo di controller? Premesso che il sensore kinect funziona regolarmente, non credo che siano le porte USB danneggiate, può essere che l'xbox abbia perso i driver interni dei controller?

Non riesco neanche a ripristinarla visto che alle impostazioni si può accedere solo con il controller, c'è un metodo per ripristinare da PC o in altro modo?

thanks for your suggestion, I also tried this, I tested the controllers on the PC and they work regularly.
Do you have any other suggestions?

It could be a problem with the console itself. Try shutting it down and unplugging it for a few minutes then try again. If that doesn't help and if you have access to another console try the controllers on that console to help isolate the issue.

Thanks for bringing this situation to us here on the forums. I understand you're having issues with getting any controllers to work with your Xbox 360 console is that correct? If no controller syncs or works with the console while wired I recommend you try:

If you can't connect your Xbox 360 console to the Internet, you can copy the console update from your computer to a USB flash drive and then install it on the console.

Note The USB flash drive must use the FAT32 file system. For information about how to format a USB flash drive, see the “Format a USB flash drive” section of

Using USB flash drives with Xbox 360.

Plug your USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
Download the update file.
Click Save to save the console update .zip file on your computer.
Unzip the file. If you're using Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7, double-click the .zip file to unzip it.
Copy the contents of the .zip file to the root directory of your USB flash drive (for example, E:\). Do not copy the contents to another folder on the USB flash drive (for example, E:\Files).
Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your Xbox 360 console.
Restart the console.
When the console restarts, the installation program starts automatically. When prompted, select
Yes to update the new console software.

If you're unable to do that then replacement might be the best option.
