    Amikor meg nyitom a játékot akkor pár másodpercig szürke ablak megnyílik és utána kilép. A DirectX verziója 12. A rendszerkövetelményeknek megfelel a gépem. Kaspersky Total Security vírusírtóm van, de ha kikapcsolom akkor sem indul el. A játék az XBOX ONE
    konzolomon is telepítve van ugyan ezzel a kóddal (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx) ez lehet a probláma. A játékot úgy vettem, hogy PC-n és XBOX ONE konzolon is lehet játszani.

    Translation:

    When I open the game, a gray window opens for a few seconds and then exits.
    DirectX Version 12. My machine meets the system requirements.
    Kaspersky Total Security has a virus scanner, but if you turn it off, it won't start.
    The game is also installed on my XBOX ONE console with this code.
    I bought the game on PC and on the XBOX ONE.

    Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

    1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
    *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

    4. Hit Enter.



    Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

    Why I cannot install Forza Horizon 4

    Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.
