    Who do I contact in order to get a particular "manager" reprimanded for her awful behavior? This is not some easily offended snowflake, just a decent man who has no tolerance for poor character and general wickedness. How do I prove that I never received a return label and how do I get my money back?

    I am simply enraged. After weeks of attempting to resolve the issue of NOT receiving a return label for a physical product (Xbox controller), despite numerous attempts supposedly made by the MS team, I finally got a chance to speak to a manager by the name of Megan just a moment ago.

    I could tell almost immediately the type of person she is and within moments, I realized my intuition was spot-on. The chat ended when she decided to hang up on me. Prior to that, she had been raising her voice and speaking over me. Initially this shocked me and I dismissed it as accidental. However, as I persisted with my explanation, she too persisted in every single instance. Naturally, this began to boil my blood. As if that wasn't bad enough, she began speaking to me in a condescending manner, essentially shifting blame on to me for the issue at hand with her [mod removed] comments. I pleaded for her professionalism and instead she responded demanding that I be the one to behave professionally. In essence, rather than de-escalating, she made things worse, to the point where I cursed her (and I wish I could a thousand more times over) which resulted in her laughing like an evil witch and telling me that I would never receive the return label I've been desperate for the last few weeks and of course proceeded to hang up on me. And of course I then had to go through an endless cycle of attempting to immediately get in touch with Microsoft because I was not willing to take this as a loss. I called a couple of different "customer service" lines, tried a dozen different methods online to seek support via chat, etc. but none of it to any avail. It's easy to read about now but it is an agonizing experience when you consider the scope of this company and you realize the grip they have. Your inevitable collapse will bring joy to my heart and endless tears to my eyes!

    This was the absolute worst experience I've had with customer service. Total shame on her and shame on Microsoft for this. Evil goes hand in hand indeed. God is my witness to all of this, and all that is good and just here will prevail, I promise you.

    Send me my refund, I want my money back. I will of course provide details such as order and case # when and if somebody decides to approach me with care and dignity.

    We could not imagine the burden that you experienced just to request a refund for your Xbox controller. We totally understand that you wanted to receive the return label in your email. Let's do our best to get this addressed in timely manner.

    We can barely imagine the amount of time and effort you must have invested in trying to get connected to support. You have detailed out that you contacted chat support to ask for assistance regarding the return label. About what happen during your interaction, should you need to file a complain please contact the same department. As we are separated from the specific department you had mentioned. However, we will continue to have this matter at hand investigated but that will be internal only. Rest assured we hear you.

    For steps on how to request a return of Xbox Controller, please make sure that you met the eligibility of returning it, for details please see this support article - Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund. The shipping label that you will receive might be stored in your email account's Junk or Spam folder, kindly make sure to check it from there too aside from the inbox.
