    Negative "Gold Bar" Count in Microsoft Jigsaw


    My Gold Bar Point Count went to Negative Numbers around 01 Oct 2017 (that's when I noticed the - Minus sign, Now I can't down load new puzzles, say's I don't have enough Points.

    Negative Gold Bar Balance in Microsoft Classic Jigsaw Puzzles

    I have Negative Gold Bar Balance since 01 Oct 2017, I've Tried Xbox Forms, Support etc to no avail, I've Tried Microsoft Support as well, after getting transferred back and forth to the same Tech 5 Times, I was told to try going to the Manufacture of the
    Game.

    Beats me, I thought it was a Microsoft Game, the credits list Show's ARKADIUM as game designer, I will try their web site, but I'm guessing it will be a frustrating experience as well

    I Uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and then Reinstalled from Microsoft Store, I still have Negative Point Balance, I have Searched the various "Forums" to no avail.

    I have tried to follow the "HERE" link and follow the myriad leads to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and still have negative Gold Bar Status, Meaning I can't download New Puzzles.
