    Negative Gold Bar Balance in Microsoft Classic Jigsaw Puzzles


    I have Negative Gold Bar Balance since 01 Oct 2017, I've Tried Xbox Forms, Support etc to no avail, I've Tried Microsoft Support as well, after getting transferred back and forth to the same Tech 5 Times, I was told to try going to the Manufacture of the
    Game.

    Beats me, I thought it was a Microsoft Game, the credits list Show's ARKADIUM as game designer, I will try their web site, but I'm guessing it will be a frustrating experience as well

    Gold earned points at a minus on Classic Jigsaw

    I had about 900,000 gold points on MS Classic Jigsaw & now it's a negative gold points so I cannot buy new puzzles. Anyone know how to fix this??

    everytime i finish a puzzle ms jigsaw closes.

    everytime i finish a puzzle ms jigsaw closes.. i have to reopen classic jigsaw to play next puzzle . i get credit for puzzle but not gold.

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzle paid for with "gold bars" is not downloading.

    Same problem. None of my purchases will download. Can not play the daily challenges, the games just show they are downloading -- but never do. Purchases start to download, but the program crashes within 30 seconds. Have asked for help through support,
    but never receive an answer. Have tried some of the support answers from other individuals......NO LUCK. Requested that MS FIX this.....But they NEVER DO!!! I am beginning to believe that this discussion is just am IM that MS never reviews. Good LUCK in
    receiving any Help!

    Very DISAPPOINTED with MS on this issue.

    I have got the same Problem. I guess it appeared after the last Windows-Patch Installation. The progress bar is shown but there is no progress in download.
