needing help with downloading games from the Xbox app (windows 11)

When trying to download something on hard drive, I get the error code 0x80070002 and the download doesn't continue. I have Xbox Gamepass and now am trying to download HITMAN 3. I've also tried installing Yakuza a long time ago and that didn't work either. However downloading Fifa 23 worked, I assume it mainly downloaded from the EA app.

I've tried removing and reinstalling Xbox app, and the account on the microsoft shop is the same as my current account on the app.

Honestly, the procedures I've indicated are the recommended ones. If I can give you a personal suggestion based on my experience, you could try a clean installation of Windows, while still retaining your data. Of course, it would be helpful if you could access another PC and see if you encounter the same issue before proceeding.

For now, in the presence of online gaming errors, the first thing to do is to check the status of Xbox services https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

Although it may seem obvious, always make sure that your PC is updated, both Windows and your component drivers.

Check that your app and game service are up to date

Click the Start button located on the taskbar, type 'store', and open the Microsoft Store app.
Choose 'Library'.
Under 'Updates & downloads', verify if there are any updates accessible for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is accessible, select 'Update

Remove e reinstall Gamig service

Initiate by pressing the Start button on the taskbar. Then, type 'PowerShell'. Right-click on Windows PowerShell and choose 'Run as administrator'.

In the PowerShell window, enter the command below and press 'Enter':

Hi Alireza Hamidi, i still meet the error 0x00000001 while downloading games from Xbox app on windows 11. Will you please help to solve.

You won't find them on the app. You would need to download the Games for Windows app again, and launch the game from there. Good luck getting the app to work, as many users are stating they can't get it to work on Windows 10 or Windows 11.
