Needing help trying to get the omega update

I am enrolled in Xbox update preview Omega. Do I still have the option to get the new dashboard?

Are you still enrolled in the preview? If you are, when you do the factory reset it will update to the preview update
you are currently in. You could try lowering it to the omega ring if you ever able to get on. If you aren't able to get it to update it will need a repair to fix the OS.

The Insider update should’ve improved the performance, so it’s strange that it hasn’t made any difference. If you joined the Omega preview, this is the most recent update (it’s possible that it installed automatically by itself if the option to keep your console up to date is enabled):

Hey Omega! Not to worry, there's nothing wrong with your file. The theme is supposed to be grey-scale. So no need to try redownloading or anything again. ^_^

It worked with the omega update instantly. Im good to go!
