    Needed Black Friday Groove Email Codes


    Hi Xbox Promotion Team,

    I was told to post here by Customer Service after not receiving my Black Friday 4 month offer code. I signed up and have prepaid the first month and received a second bill. I assumed it would be automatically credited but understand it will be in form a
    5x5 code for the prepay.

    I have suspended the subscription for now.

    Groove Music haven't got my 3 month free code

    I signed up for the groove music free trial through Xbox live on the Xbox one and it said i would get 3 months free but when i signed up it only gave me one month free and in my email i haven't got any code for the 3 month code. Then is for the Groove music
    trail and i signed up during the black Friday event that was going on

    To clarify on how this promotion worked. To qualify for this promotion, you would have needed to sign up for the free trial through the Xbox One dashboard offer. You wouldn't have needed to prepay since it was a free 30 day trial offer for new customers.
    During that 30 days you would then receive a code for an additional 3 months through your Xbox Live Messages. Is this how you signed up for Groove Music? It sounds like you may have done it through a different means.

    Where did you see this promotion advertised? Was it via the website/email or via your Xbox One console? And when did you sign up for your trial month of Groove?

    We need a bit more information in order to best assist. :)

    I'm at work.

    The perils of gainful employment mean you sometimes miss out on attending Black Friday Deals.

    However one of the perks of gainful employment is not needing a Black Friday sale to buy a game.
