    Hello, I have a problem, and I need more information on Xbox One game cases. I recently ordered; Resident Evil Revelations 2, and noticed how firm the disc locks into place. My questions; How easily or difficult would it be for the disc to become loose
    in the case during shipment? How easily or difficult would it be for someone to remove the disc by force without pressing down on the disc lock? Any answers you could provide, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Been ordering games from online retailers for years & think maybe only one or two have ever come loose during shipping.

    Not had it with an xbox one game.

    I really wouldn't worry.

    Thank you, however, I need an official response from an xbl rep about how well the disc lock can withstand a possible bad shipment, and its effectiveness in keeping the game locked in place during shipment, transport, accidental drops, etc..

    Fair enough but i'm not sure what difference an "official response" will make.

    I've bought 11 disc versions of xbox one games,all ordered online & all delivered intact & attached to the case.

    That being said it's not a question you will get a 100% definitive answer.

    You may be unlucky & get a game in a faulty case,you may not.

    Refund a game

    Hello!

    Thanks for bringing your inquiry to the attention of the forums. Yes once you've submitted the Refund Request form you need to wait at least 48 hours for the response. Once you do have the response you'll either be granted to refund or told why it was declined.
    You can reply to the email with your response about the refund to contact the representative that replied.
