NEED XBOX ONE HELP!!!

hello

so i got a secondhand consol and it was working all ok then i wanted to connect to xbox live and i had to do a update so i thought cool did it and after it had installed boom! my xbox will not turn on, the light flashes on then back
off with the little sound it makes. the powere brick light goes from orange to white to orange. i thought maybe its the power brick so i brought a new power brick and still the issue remains. it is not under warrenty as its second hand plus the console has
been opened due to the outter plastics being changed. everything on trouble shoot says it needs a "services" what ever that is as nothing online tells you (that i can see) what microsoft do during these "services".

it just seems funny this problem only happened after i updated my console. i cant afford a new xbox one so any ideas at all will be greatly appreciated

need help with xbox one recording

Is there a way to change how long my clips can record? It seems like everytime I record a clip it only records the last 15 seconds. Is there a way to make it longer?

- It's the first thing the repair center is going to check. If they have any reason to believe it's been tampered it will be void of any repair options. They won't touch it

You can try a power cycle, unplug the Xbox and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Make sure nothing else is plugged into the usb ports and try and turn it back on after the 5 minutes making sure it's plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a power strip.

Make sure nothing else is plugged into the usb ports and try and turn it back on after the 5 minutes making sure it's plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a power strip.

thats why i havnt gone down the repair route but it just seems odd to me as it only **** up after the update ive spoke to acouple people who had the same issue but they sent theirs to microsoft for repairs 2 of those 3 was sent back a diffrent console lol.

Hi

Firstly when your headset is plugged just try wiggling it near where you plug it into the controller to see if it cuts out, if it does cut out try plugging the headset in and out a few times just in case there may be may be dust or something affecting the
connection.

Other than that it does sound like it may possibly be a controller issue but the best way to confirm this would be if you have access to a second controller such as a friends one that you could try to see if you still get the same occuring.

I played the trial for an hour. It was interesting, but I wasn't sure what the point of the game was.
