Need Xbox Hardware Team’s Email

I’m currently going through a long process dealing with returning a PSU Microsoft sent me through a service order. I called after a long process of the hardware team thinking I sent my defective PSU back to them, when this is impossible since I have my old
one here, and I never opened the package. The lady from the support call said I’d get an email to send the pictures of my old one to so I can prove I still have it. I haven’t gotten that email yet so I’m posing here so i can hopefully get an email from a MS
Support agent to complete that process.

Microsoft to preview new Xbox One TV controls, update SmartGlass

That's exactly what they need to do. They need to add Cortana to Xbox One and to Windows 8, tied to our Windows account. Then we could program recordings on our DVR through our PCs & Windows Phones. We could also use Cortana on the Xbox to read us our email & texts, we could dictate new emails & texts with Kinect.

Imagine waking up in the morning and saying "Xbox how's my day look?" and Xbox would turn on the TV, read your schedule to you, read and show you the weather, traffic, your email, etc. It's basically Google Now but on our TV. Microsoft has the advantage of having hardware in our homes (Xbox), our pockets (Windows Phone) and our workplaces (Windows PCs). Cortana can be the common software to link it all together.

 

A "what if" MS scenerio for the next gaming platform

This should be the last piece of pure console hardware for MS...at lease in the traditional sense. They should take Amazon's approach. They own the servers and the online infrastructure. They should try to be to gaming what Amazon is to buying books. Amazon offers hardware that streamlines their services however they'll let you buy books on your IPad, IPod, MS devices or Android devices too.

MS should be teaming up with multiple hardware manufacturers to do the hardware for them. In 5 years when fiber optic internet is a real thing option for the average gamers, you'll only need Apple TV type devices to stream games while managing multimedia and snap functions.

Nobody buys Xboxs for the hardware. They buy Xboxs in spite of MSs struggles creating hardware. Since MS has entered the market, people have bought them because of Halo and Xbox Live. MS needs to exit hardware altogether.
