Need Xbox enforcement help!

I still havent been able to retrieve my gamer tag. Case was over turned.

Here is the msg:

Thank you for your patience during this process. This account was issued a forced Gamertag change due to potentially triggering reference to sensitive, historical events in violation of the Code of Conduct.

The Microsoft Services Agreement outlines the rules of Xbox Live and establishes what content is not appropriate on the service. When a player agrees to these documents, it’s expected that they understand the rules of the service. Because of this, Microsoft
is not responsible for users selecting a Gamertag that is eligible for enforcement action.

However, out of compassion, we will provide you a free Gamertag change which will be made available in the next 24 hours. We will be returning the Gamertag to this account. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to release the Gamertag for reclamation due
to a temporary technical issue. However, we will be able to assign the Gamertag to the account when the issue is resolved. In the meantime, please feel free to use this free Gamertag change to adjust your account’s Gamertag to a preferred name.

Additionally, as the account's profile was found to reference inflammatory topics, we have elected to cleared its content.

Xbox Live is designed to be fun and safe for everyone; when people choose inappropriate content for their identity it disrupts the Xbox Live experience for other gamers. Even if the content wasn't intended to offend others, we must into account how other
players are likely to perceive it. We remove inappropriate content to preserve the quality of our service, and to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

As a result of this enforcement, a new system-generated Gamertag was automatically assigned to the account. If desired, a new Gamertag may be selected through the standard Gamertag change process.

As my fellow XBF and the Ambassador have previously stated, the
Enforcement team does not interact or come to the forums, nor can Xbox Support overturn or help with this matter of the forced Gamertag change.

When a forced Gamertag change is imposed, the system automatically assigns a new Gamertag to the affected account, much in the same way a system-generated Gamertag is provided when you first sign up for Xbox Live.

As Enforcement has already responded to you with a determination and you've been provided an additional Gamertag change at no cost, you may make a change when you're ready to. However, while normally the Gamertag that received the forced change
would remain unobtainable, in this instance the email did state that they were having technical issues at this time and were working to return your Gamertag to you.

A forced Gamertag change may be issued if a Gamertag visually resembles, sound likes, represents, hints at, abbreviates, or otherwise insinuates any of the following:

Profane words or phrases
Topics or content of a sexual nature
Hate speech
Controversial religious topics
Notorious people or organizations
Sensitive current or historical events

Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
thread as that would violate the Xbox Forum Guidelines).

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. Unfortunately we here in the forums department do not have the tools

to look into or make any changes to any Enforcement related issues.

I would suggest maybe hitting reply to email that you received for further support / updates regarding your overturned Gamertag

infraction.

Block them. Don't just wait for the report to have an effect on their account. As far as speeding up the enforcement team, there really isn't much to be done.

account not monitored. Im not sure what i can do, i have called xbox support and they dont know either.

You have already reported the user if you like since you have death threats you could involve the police if you know who they are. You should also block them so they cannot communicate with you or see if you are online.
