24 hour suspensions are not eligible for appeal due to the fact that by the time the case is investigated again the suspension will be over.

You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

In future i would not let anyone,including your brother,use your account.

Terms and Conditions arte that you are the owner of the account, it doesn't matter who is using the account when a report is put against you, its still your account.

At the end of the day take the ban like a man and accept it and move on with your life, also I would have a word with your brother and remind him its your account and whatever he did to warrant a ban isnt cool.

hello i just got unbanned on the 25 and yesterday i got unabbed for saying to somebody to shut up i feel that i have been treated unfairly and i want my banned gone because i am tired of people being bullies on xbox and getting away with it
