Need to use my rewards to purchase in game content.

I need help using these rewards that are supposed to automatically be deposited into our account.

Please advise.

Hey there,

You cannot use Microsoft Points to purchase Gold Membership or Zune Membership.

However you can use Microsoft Points to purchase arcade games or any other contents in the marketplace.

To purchase Gold Membership you will need a Payment Option or PayPal.

Can 2 people use 1 flash drive?

you might need to explain what you are looking to do?

its the same if you use a hard drive if 2 gamertags purchase the same content then both have the licences to use that content

it wont necessary need 2 copies of the game on the hard drive as the licences would give the permission to use that content.

You will need to re-post this in the Support forum (if you have not done so already). This post is in the discussion forum which is not monitored by the staff. Create a new topic and change the Forum Type to Support.

Once you do that, it will take 1-2 business days for the staff to review your question and reply. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work weekends.

If you currently have rewards in your account you can review that here: commerce.microsoft.com and funds will be used automatically if you make a purchase fro the Xbox Console. A pop-up will say Use $X funds and then it will use the alternative payment method
for any remaining balance.

If you're inquiring about points yet to be deposited, you can click "Request Early Deposit" if you're between 1,000 - 4,999 points and if you're over 5,000 an automatic deposit is scheduled. Deposits only occur twice per month (around middle and end of month)
and cannot be deposited any sooner than those dates.

Normally when using a 'season pass' to get all game content you need to launch the game to download the content with the games own content manager. The marketplace will not recognise that you've purchased the individual map packs. If this does not work and
you've previously downloaded the content you can find it in your 'my purchases' section in your profile.

We do not see a purchase from the Xbox Store of this title. While we see a code redemption for this game, we do not see any record of a purchase from the digital Xbox Store. Since the 15,000 Ghost Recon offer only awards physical purchases from MicrosoftStore.com,
and the Simply Rewarding offer only Rewards purchases of digital content, it sounds like you made a physical purchase from a physical retail location.

Can you describe what storefront you made this purchase from, to help us investigate this purchase? As this is a public forum, there is no need for any private information. Simply information like "purchased from my console" or "purchased from MicrosoftStore.com
using a Credit card" will suffice.

If you need money to purchase Xbox Live, Game Pass, games, etc., then I would suggest using Microsoft Rewards.
