need to remove war planet online from an xbox account

You can transfer your progress between devices (ie phone to PC and vice versa)...I doubt you can transfer save files between 2 separate Xbox profiles (not aware of any games that you can do that with) due to the high risk of cheating/fraud.

Was this a code from the Xbox Live Rewards program? If it was, can you identify what the code was supposed to be for? We see that your account had a claim for a War for the Planet of the Apes prize. Was this an attempt to redeem that prize?
