Boney, I am very sorry about what is happening with your account and I completely understand your frustration. I am afraid that Microsoft account support and customer service only indicate that the only procedure or way for a user to reset their account password is by following the methods indicated in the official link below.

Outside of that procedure, unfortunately, there is no additional way as no agent can provide information about it. This is due to obvious Security and Privacy Policies.

Hey Worldly! Have you tried the page in multiple browsers? Tried clearing your browser cookies and cache? Do you still receive the error? Let us know!

This is that error : The page you are looking for may have a new location, or is no longer available.

If you don't know the password to your account you can go to
https://account.live.com and reset your password. Then you can sign out of your GFWL account and login with the new password.

when i do it then i get error
