Need to get series x serviced again!

I had my series x serviced in early April and was returned to me on the 14th of April. Earlier today I went to turn on my series x and the xbox logo would light up and then shut right off. This is what it did when I sent it in for service.
I was able to get it to power on by having to hold the power button down on the console. It will not power on with my controllers.
I've tried to access the service part of the options but it is only letting me choose to replace an accessory. How do I choose to service my series x again?

You would have to contact support a d have them set it up. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your cqtegory/topic until you do.

Yes, I replaced the original cord it came with, tried different outlets, and all the other options.

Whe. You contact support work with them thru the troubleshooting dont just ask for a repair

Xbox Series X games / upgrades / updates has to be installed onto the Series X internal or expansion card SSD,

You can have Xbox One games on your external hard drive that will get an Series X upgrade but the games will need to be transferred to the Series X and then the Series X upgrade will need to be downloaded onto the Series X SSD,

As an example...

I have Marvel Avengers on my external hard drive that will get the Series X upgrade and I will transfer the game over to the Series X SSD ready to download and update the game to the Series X version when available.

I will buy a Series X, but not on launch. Also not sure if we will get all the services at the local launch in my region or when it will be launched locally. With the Xbox One we had to wait a whole year after the international launch. One X we where lucky
to get it a month after.

I don't think new games will be playable on the older consoles, just Xbox One family of consoles and the Series X.

Will need to wait for more information regarding this.
