    I don't want a purchase refunded. I want an erroneous charge on my credit card and an erroneous use of existing money on my account reversed.

    Can't Change Payment Options to Microsoft Account

    Why is there a need for a payment terms if there is local currency on an account? December 2013 I was still able to purchase games now MS changed the Terms and conditions and users without credit Card or paypal account can´t purchase games even with prepaid
    load on their account.

    I never agreed to any update like this. I want my money to be refunded.

    You only need to add a credit card if you are purchasing through the website (here) or through the smartglass app.

    To get the game without needing to add a credit card, simply download it directly from your console :)

    It willn't charge you, add an credit/debt card to download the game. try purchasing the game at xbox.com I believe you don't need a credit card added to download the game.

    Wrong credit card account refund

    Then your bank must credit the amount to your new credit card. I have already refunded purchases to a card that no longer existed but my bank refunded me the new card with no problem.
