Need to get historical data of devices

Hello,

Does anyone know how to actually get ahold of someone at Microsoft?

I go to the contact us page, select account safety as this is about an harassment issue and type in historical devices, login history and a few other related things.

What I am looking for is a list of devices this account has been recovered on / logged into, it used to be shown in the security tab but cant find it anymore. (I see the sign in activity page, but its all just auto spammers trying to brute force, and they would have knocked the device off I am looking for.) I just need the record of a certain device that briefly gained access to this account for the authoritys to prove that some else had control of my xbox and Microsoft account. Wish I could say more but cant.

So anyway, whenever I enter the problem description it seems anything with the word login makes it think you cant login and shows the forgot my password or username option, then says support is unavailable for this problem. The other options I get are just as worthless and dont let me contact anyone either, just their stupid ai assistant that keeps trying to sell me a new xbox when I ask for historical login data, device history etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get ahold of support via email or something? Calling them says to contact them via the web for this issue.

The historical bandwith is probably shown wrong.

To get accurate numbers, i would recommend to calculate the Data use, as u see on the left side of your screenshot.

Historically the MP data in BF games has a habit of temporarily going amiss.

Unfortunately, you can't get your data back. This usually happens when your storage device is on the tinkering point of failure and needs to be replaced.

I understand you need help in getting your data back from the device.

Just a heads up that this only happens when you are trying to play the game with separate data and once you choose the cloud option, that will override what you had on your device. Unfortunately, that cannot be reverted because it has already overwritten the data you have on your device once you choose the option to load the data from cloud.

So then... it wouldn't have helped in my situation at all. Since only some data was lost, and it continued to be lost when I signed out and back in, then the corrupted side (cloud or local xbox drive) synced to the other so both were missing the BAR/GK/skins.

Does that sound accurate?

In this case what I needed would have been a historical snapshot.
