Need to find a deleted account on xbox one

Hi yes i know username , email and password . But its showing a different account name with all data deleted

You just need to redownload the account to the Xbox One. Instructions can be found here

Don't you remember the email adress, the gamertag and the pass ? If this account have been by the past log into a computer or a phone, perhaps in browser you'll able to find all information to log sucessfully on console... Think about it.

Thank you for your reply. I have done that . Unfortunately my son set up a new account when he couldn't find his other one . So It is saying you are already signed in .

You know what I'd also be fine with deleting both profiles! So fine there is no name change I'd just setup a new profile with the Gamer Tag I want from the first since there is nothing on these xbox accounts but no one thought to suggest that. Guess I'll have to call again and hope there isn't magically no way to delete profile cause I can only find one at the Microsoft account layer not at the Xbox Live account but I need to delete both Xbox accounts without losing the Microsoft accounts they are tied to.
