The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are one in the same so there is no way to delete the Xbox account without also permanently deleting your Microsoft account.

There isn't a way to remotely remove your account from an Xbox console, it's best to

change your account password, so that way the next time someone tries to sign into your account, they won't be able to.
