Need to convert points, no option to request deposit....

There was an issue with September payback that caused it to be delayed to October 17th, which is why you have not yet received that deposit. You should receive a deposit of your Credits during the end of the month deposit.

It depends on how many credits you have. Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have them deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they
are automatically scheduled to deposit so a request is no longer needed.

Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending or you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site and they should be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request

I've gotten 5,000 credits multiple times, but the points I'm talking about stay the same and that i need to convert them

This is kind of whack guys, why can't we just push a request now button and have them converted immediately? I mean it's not like your company will run out of money or something. But still, that doesn't explain why some people wait months to have their credits
converted. Also, was the request option removed? I don't see it, I need to convert my 20k before the 20th.

That's just how the program has always worked. Pending credits have to remain pending through 1 deposit cycle. The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you cn have credits deposited
before having 5,000 pending first. It's not possible to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

Your points were converted to currency and deposited into a microsoft account. check under account management and payment options. it should show it there.
