    i have paid destiny 2, but later i got a message to change my payment methot but when i pres on it in my order history it wont load to another page , i really want to keep my preorder things for this game so please help me

    Hi, I just preorders Destiny 2 but it used the wrong payment option, I need to change it but it says the only way to do so is to cancel the order, and reorder it with the other payment option. Please help ASAP

    Not letting me buy an add on

    Hello all. Im trying to buy the destiny 2 season pass and i have $50 on my microsoft account but whenever i go to buy the season pass it asks me for a payment method and wont even show my microsoft account as an option. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    i live in the netherlands so how do i contact them then bacuse on twitter atm they dont awnser me, and chat and calling is down for today and i want to get it fixed today

    Phone and chat support are the only ways to contact billing. If they're closed for the weekend, you'll have to wait until Monday to contact them.

    Phone and chat support are the only ways to contact billing. If they're closed for the weekend, you'll have to wait until Monday to contact them.

    Same! Purchased Destiny 2 on my console and it wont load. Everytime it says “Looks like our service isnt working right”... umm yeah id say so!
